1 medium sized spaghetti squash 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour (opt for whole wheat flour for a healthier meal) 4 tablespoons of olive oil or butter cup of Parmesan cheese (grated) Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare and cook the spaghetti squash.
1 onion 1 pound of ground beef ¼ cup olive oil based dressing 1 can tomato sauce 1 can diced tomatoes tablespoon oregano 2 tablespoons cream cheese ¼ cup parmesan cheese
Stir in the cream cheese and spoon over the cooked spaghetti squash.
Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onions and garlic until soft.
Scrape out the flesh using a fork into a bowl then add the sautéed vegetables.
Add this mixture into the squash shell and top with parmesan cheese.
Bake the filled shell at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and serve while hot.
Cook the spaghetti squash.
